Our Service Program

We will assign an account coordinator to your account who will be responsible for service, installations and communications between you and all of our offices. GNISEC will create an e-mail account “yourbusiness@gnisec.net” so any of your field  personnel can send e-mail to this address to request service, technical assistance and support. You and whomever you want in your company, plus all personnel related to your business in our operations department can be copied. We perform this to insure that all service requests are processed rapidly. We will also set up an FTP site with scanned copies of all service tickets and documents for you as a shared workspace for all service status and paper flow to be readily available.

We can provide service anywhere in the US on a time and materials basis, or we can offer a preventative maintenance program with our "No Down Time Warranty".

Our Corporate Office is centrally located in Denison, TX. We also have an office in Simi Valley, California, Houston, Texas and a branch office in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Having offices strategically positioned in these areas allows us central control of our daily operations NATIONWIDE. It enables us to manage our crews of fine people and physically supervise our projects

In order to provide timely service anywhere in the United States, GNISEC partners with other independent technicians nationwide. All of our associates are licensed and insured in their respective states. They are trained for the systems they will be servicing for each customer.
